During the hockey summer camp, players will spend two hours on the ice each day. The first hour will be dedicated to improving skating skills such as balance, agility, and mechanics. This training will be done without pucks to allow players to focus on their skating techniques and develop body awareness. The second hour of each day will focus on using puck handling to apply the skating skills learned in the first hour to in-game situations. The goal is to improve overall coordination and hockey IQ.
